Returns Policy
No returns allowed on opened products, HTMA’s or food items. Certain suppliers may consider replacing certain items, depending on reason for return, at their discretion. Please contact our office upon receipt of goods when requesting a refund. We are not responsible for damage during shipping. No shipping cost will be compensated. Products that are pre-approved for return must be returned at customer’s expense within 7 days. Management decision is final.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Bulk orders must be placed by phone.
Terms
This location is a PRIVATE MEMBER ASSOCIATION. I agree to become a Member of the True Health Trust Association by paying a fee of $0.01 and I hereby declare that (a) I am not a government agent, detective or spy working to entrap someone and that (b) any product that I give money to is a donation for its production and NOT a purchase. This membership does not expire. I agree that I would like to use natural substances privately and I wish to obtain certain health items from other members, which are created in a controlled manner backed by scientific data. I agree not to complain to any government body about the Association and its offerings as this is a private agreement.

Prices, pictures, descriptions, and content on our website are subject to change without notice. Pictures are not to scale. Additional descriptive pictures of our products may not have been taken of the specific product, but some are universal pictures that acts as a reference.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders with return of payment at TTrue Health Canada’s Discretion and without compensation.
